LeaderTalk is a place for constructive, reflective dialogue about the significant leadership, executive, and organizational issues of today. The first Wednesday of the month the guest will be a book author; the third Wednesday of the month the guest will be a prominent business leader. Most business discussion in the media today is too superficial and of-the-moment. Uniquely, LeaderTalk draws from the real world of senior executive leadership and compares those signficant experiences to emerging thought and theories found in today's business books. LeaderTalk goes into depth, seeking wisdom over time through lively and appreciative talk.
In LeaderTalk, cohosts Linda Smith and Eric Dent are pioneering a new form of business talk show conversation. Too many forums today set up conversations that are either polarizations which caricature the different positions or skim the surface of subjects in a very superficial way. The goal of LeaderTalk is different. LeaderTalk is a forum for conversation which is affirming and constructive. Guests are provided the opportunity to explain important nuances, historical connections, and intuitions. The objective for each week is to reveal wisdom about the given topic.
